Inspired by a book and a few changes in life I decided to transform our Conference and Event Management business to be able to work from anywhere. We no longer have a server in the office, nor a phone system or the need to even set foot in the office.
Instead all our files are in "the cloud", our accounting package is online and we use Skype as our phone system.
I have well truly put the theory to the test, spending a a month in France in 2013... It works!!!
